A Proxikle username is a unique identifier and unfortunately, it is not possible to change one since each user receives a unique identifier and it is fixed once you have signed up for an account.
A Proxikle password helps you to enter into Proxikle platform and use our products. Never use the same password across multiple platforms. Use unique passwords for multiple accounts which can help you minimize the blast radius across the platforms.
Every Proxikle Account has a password requirement of 8 characters long with a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers and special characters. Avoid using your names, your email addresses, phone numbers or something which is easier to guess as a password. A Proxikle Account password is similar to a mnemonic phrase, hence writing it down on a piece of paper and storing it somewhere safely will always be helpful.
You need to be at least 13 years of age to create a Proxikle Account and manage them. Since we deal with blockchains and cryptocurrencies, it is not recommended to create an account below that age to access our services.
For some countries, you may not be able to create an account before you reach the age of 15.
A Proxikle Account is helpful to sign in to all of the Proxikle services and products. Proxikle reserves the right to delete a Proxikle Account created by any user and they haven’t logged into the account for a minimum period of 1 year.
If you have logged in before the 1 year period and you have had any activity in your account, that account is treated to be an active account. This deletion policy also applies for the data stored by your account in any of the Proxikle products such as Proxikle Explorer and Proxikle Blockmath.
A Proxikle Account is considered active when you have signed into a service such as Proxikle Explorer and searched for an address, block or transaction. If you have searched for a block, transaction or an address without signing-in to your Proxikle Account it does not count towards your activity.
Additionally, if you are using other services such as Blockmath or paying for the services during the stipulated timeframe, your account is considered active.
We do not delete the data associated with your account immediately. We will send you an email notification and try to contact you regarding what went wrong and if you are interested to continue using our services.
