We do not work on creating useless cryptocurrencies which create no value to anyone but decoding real blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Hence, we need engineers who can work on massive databases, scale our current systems to handle large and growing blockchain datas, build new technology for blockchain moving forward.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions which can help us in scaling large scale in-house distributed systems
- Build internal tools and automation to improve deployments, monitoring, and operational workflows
- Define and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Set up and maintain observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager for system reliability
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and security teams to ensure secure and reproducible infrastructure across environments
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Software Engineer, preferably with a focus on Rust and infrastructure development
- Must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a good academic record. Experience with Blockchain technology, distributed systems, or Big Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in programming with Rust, Go and an in-depth understanding of its ecosystem and standard libraries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of systems programming concepts, including memory management, concurrency, and low-level optimizations.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer systems.
- Strong understanding of database systems, especially with PostgresSQL.
