In the Product Experience role, you will focus on the research focused side of user experience. Your goal is to deeply understand how people interact with our systems, uncover pain points or inefficiencies, and guide improvements that lead to intuitive and seamless experiences.
This is a research focused role where your insights will directly influence product direction. You will work closely with engineers, designers, infrastructure teams, and documentation writers to shape every touchpoint in the product journey from early prototypes to production-grade systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to user research efforts to understand real-world usage of internal tools and public-facing products
- Translate findings from research, usage data, feedback loops, and support interactions into product experience improvements
- Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and documentation teams to ensure experiences are easy to use and understand
- Create user journey maps, workflows, or wireframes to visualize and communicate experience design decisions
- Validate hypotheses through usability tests, experiments, or early access rollouts
- Ensure that every experience aligns with Proxikle’s product vision, accessibility goals, and interaction standards
- Advocate for user-first thinking across technical and non-technical teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interest in user research, usability testing, and product experience strategy
- Ability to convert research findings into clear recommendations or design proposals
- Familiarity with software development workflows and product lifecycles
- Empathy for a wide range of user types including engineers, internal teams, and end users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UX research, interaction design, or product strategy
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar
- Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and content design
- Experience working on products with complex technical interfaces or internal tools
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and influence experience decisions across infrastructure-heavy environments
